ALPHA

When : As programs are arranged. See This Month

The Alpha Course was created at Holy Trinity, Brompton, London, in the 1970s, as a means of presenting the basic principles of Christianity to newcomers in a relaxed, informal setting. Subsequently, the course has been adapted, by the founding team, for use by both new Christians and non-churchgoers.

KFJ - Kids For Jesus

We welcome all families to our 10.30am Service. During the school term we run a full range of programs for children aged between 1 year olds to Year 6 School kids.

The children begin in church with their families to sing songs and sometimes hear a children's talk. They then head off to their groups in our church meeting rooms, with our great teachers and helpers.

Our Tiny Tots program is for toddlers under the age of 3. Your little ones can play in a safe, fun environment while you enjoy the church service.

Preschoolers aged 3-4 have a great time in their program. They listen to Bible stories, play games, sing songs and participate in simple craft activities.

School aged children learn about Jesus through a Bible based teaching program incorporating age appropriate activities and games.

Babies are very welcome to stay with their families in church, and we also have creche room at the back of the church, with lounges and facilities to hear the church services if needed.

During School holidays, we encourage the children to sit with their families and activity sheets are provided.

All those who work with children have been approved for Child protection purposes. We readily seek to comply with all government legislation in this area, as well as the policies of the Anglican Church.

If you are visiting us and need help please ask one of our friendly welcomers and they will be happy to assist you.

Women's Guild meets at 10am on the third Friday of each month (except January) for fellowship and different activities. We support our church by providing tea and coffee after services and selected missions by inviting guest speakers to meetings.

A little band of ladies, not young by any means,
Work tirelessly together on many varied scenes.
We knit, we sew, we cook, we plan,
We're happy in the work we do to help our fellow man.
We're always there for birthdays, funerals, fetes and fairs,
Lots of people like to come to see and buy our wares.
'though few in numbers, we keep on - serving others is our aim,
we do it for God's glory, for we do it in His Name.
